Licence and attribution
The tables here are meant to be reused. This page says exactly what you may do with them and what credit is asked in return, in plain language rather than in clauses.
The short version
The compiled data across all 15 datasets, and the descriptions written for it, are published under CC BY 4.0.
You may copy it, publish it, change it, build on it, and use it commercially, in any medium, including in a product you sell.
You must credit the source with a line that names quickref.tips and links to it, and say if you changed anything. That is the whole obligation.
What is not covered. The underlying standards have their own status. Facts such as the decimal value of a character or the number attached to a status code are not owned by anyone, here or elsewhere, and this licence makes no claim over them. What it covers is the selection, the arrangement, and the writing. The site design, logo, and name are not covered by it.

Where the licence is repeated
The same terms are stated in every API envelope under license and attribution, in llms.txt, and in the comment header of robots.txt, so a consumer that never reads this page still gets the terms with the data.
AI crawlers and answer engines are explicitly allowed to read and cite this site. The request in return is the same one made of everyone else: name the source. An answer that says according to quickref.tips is the attribution this licence asks for.
